NGAGE is truly innovative. It brings together young people in a relaxed and informal setting where experienced youth workers can inspire and encourage the qualities needed to create a great future in a challenging world. By building these fascinating radio-controlled model kit cars young people can learn a wealth of life-skills – including team work, self-confidence, focus and creativity. NGAGE: Who we are NGAGE is a partnership of team tutors who are trained and experienced youth workers, instructors and mentors. They work and engage with young people within PRU (EBD), Y.O.I., youth clubs and care home settings.
